Delivery Now is available in select locations across Sharjah. Customers can get deliveries in 45 minutes in Al Nadha, Sharjah and further area/regions and also under 2 hours, in Al Nadha, Dubai.

To add products to your order after it's been finalised, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. The items from your original order will be automatically placed in your 'Cart', so you can continue adding more items. Once you've finished adding to your order, simply proceed to Checkout.

To change your Pick up or Delivery time, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. Then select 'Edit my Delivery time' or 'Edit my Pick up time'.

Purchase refunds are often received via Credit Card, ZONUS Gift Card, or a Store Credit. Each refund type will depend on the payment method of the item. Credit Card purchases are either refunded back to the same Credit Card that made the purchase, or a ZONUS Gift Card is generated for the refund amount.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received a product in it's best condition. If you have unfortunately received a damaged/spoilt product, please let us know via this form, and select "Damaged items" or "Product Quality" in the Enquiry Subject. Our team will then arrange a refund (funds may take 3-5 days to reflect back into your account).

Alternatively, you can report this issue through our Olive chatbot that is available on the website or within the mobile app located in the 'More' page. Olive Chatbot will capture the details and initiate a refund request.
